Julie’s Story

Julie was forced to flee a domestic violence situation when the father of the baby threatened her life if she didn't get an abortion. She moved from Michigan all the way to Texas despite not having a support system around her.

Although she applied for many jobs and had several interviews, she worried that because she was visibly pregnant, she was getting passed up for employment. On top of this Julie is high risk pregnancy and was sent into labor prematurely without having any material aid.

Julie was referred to Born To Be Registries and through our Sponsor-A-Mom program she and her baby boy were provided with everything they need in time!
